– A cancellation fee may apply based on the timing of your request, fare type, and cruise operator guidelines.

– For refundable bookings, the eligible amount will be returned to the customer after deducting applicable cancellation and service fees.

– In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as cruise line schedule changes, natural disasters, technical issues, or other emergencies beyond our control.

– In such cases, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible, and either arrange an alternative cruise option or offer a full refund, based on cruise line policy and customer preference.

– Final refund or rebooking decisions may be subject to the terms and conditions of the cruise line or third-party service providers involved.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of departure or failure to check-in for the cruise (no-show) may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount, with no refund provided.
